We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing advertising agency. This is a remote position ideal for someone with around 1 year of experience looking to build a career in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their marketing needs.
Assist in the management of marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
Communicate project status, updates, and results clearly and proactively to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction.
Support with reporting and analysis of campaign performance.

Requirements:

1 year of experience in a customer-facing or account management role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Vietnamese proficiency essential).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles is a plus.
