We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing excellent support and resolving inquiries with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and support.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic computer applications.
